- Cancellation by Us:
We may cancel your Upgraded Membership at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice.
- Price changes:
We may change the price for Subscriptions from time to time. We will communicate any price changes to you in advance. Price changes for Subscriptions will take effect on the next renewal date following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to maintain your Subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by canceling from the Subscription prior to the price change going into effect. - Sharing
You may share a deck you have created with a secret code and send it to other Voovo users.
When you share a deck, you grant royalty-free, non-exclusive license to users who get access to the secret code you created
You grant Voovo the right to disable the shared deck (stop the possibility to download the shared deck with the secret code anymore) hereinafter “disable shared deck” or to modify the deck if that is neccesary.
You may reach out to us (info@voovo.hu) to delete the shared secret code. We do not store records of who has downloaded a certain deck, so we can not remove a deck from users who have already downloaded it. We will disable the deck, stop the possibility to download the deck anymore.
When you share a deck, you will be required to assert that it is entirely your own work, or that you have obtained a license from the intellectual property holder to share the material here. If we suspect that material has been uploaded in violation of intellectual property rights, we will disable the secret code you, making it non-downloadable, and may remove your ability to share decks in the future.
While we do not have the resources to manually check decks that are uploaded to our app, we reserve the right to remove any we come across that we determine inappropriate, including but not limited to ones with poor quality descriptions or content.
- Shared Deck License
When you download a deck that someone has shared with the secret code, the deck author grants you a permanent, non-revocable, worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use the material in your personal studies.
This license is for personal use only, and the deck may not be reshared or used for any other purposes without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
Shared decks have been provided by third parties and are not reviewed by us, so we can offer no warranty or support for them.
- Intellectual Property Violations
Each time users share a deck, they're automatically confirm that the content is entirely their own work, or that they have obtained a license from the intellectual property holder. If you believe someone has violated your or others intellectual property rights, please contact us: info@voovo.hu to let us know. Please provide us with the secret code to the offending content, book or other original content that the material has been taken from. If you are writing on behalf of another, you must have the authority to act on their behalf. Please be advised that if you make a false report, you may place yourself open to legal action.
You acknowledge and agree that may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Service) to you or to users generally at ’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time. You do not need to specifically inform when you stop using the Service.
